● Lead the strategic development and tactical execution of integrated marketing campaigns—Marketing Plan, Print & Online Advertising, Publications, Social Media—for museum exhibitions, events & programming, and membership initiatives.

● Project management of group sales campaigns through Living Social, Gilt City, and all promotional partnerships.
● Direct print projects including publications, signage, ads, and various departmental marketing collateral by creating production schedule, collecting assets, editing content, & working closely with design team
● Forecast and maintain marketing budget for institutional advertising and publications
● Direct and execute media outreach for Fountain Art Fair, a biannual, three-day exposition of avant-garde artwork with over 10,000 attendees.
● Create publicity campaign and pitch journalists; serve as on-site press liaison.
● Manage social media channels and media partnerships
● Create all communications materials including press releases, email marketing, and advertising copy.
● Develop marketing plans for independent art & travel book publisher, including email marketing, advertising, and merchandising initiatives.
● Lead content creator and website project manager for abbeville.com. Manage search engine optimization and online promotions.
● Create & publish monthly e-newsletter to 5,000+ subscribers
● Plan and execute book publicity campaigns. Successful placements include Vogue, Time Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, Time Out, and Harper’s Bazaar.
● Event manager for multi-city author tours and book launch events; represent company at industry trade shows.
Assist with marketing initiatives of a member-based center for creative arts professionals. Develop new selling points for membership, write blog posts and press releases, optimize company presence online, research and propose marketing partnerships.
